“Amazing work. All deadlines–respected, our preferences–considered, and all questions–answered. My fiance and I loved working with the AG Floors team! We wanted to upgrade our carpeted staircase to a hardwood one, and the makeover is just perfect! They have a delicate sense of design and understand their customers. The stairway is located in such a way that it is the first thing you notice when entering the house. Renovation just upgraded the whole image of our place. “AG Floors did an outstanding job restoring our walnut floor. We had a room designed as a storage room, but since we are expecting a baby, we planned to redesign it into a bedroom. The flooring was in poor condition, with half the boards poorly fitted, decent gaps between the floorboards, and cuts all over. We were actively looking for a company to restore it, and some friends suggested AG Floors. The team was friendly, professional, and willing to explain and provide additional details when we needed. They sanded, filled the gaps, stained the floor, and refinished it. “It is worth working with this company. I needed to refinish 1000 sq ft of solid oak floors in my 1970s house. Woodworking is totally outside of my area of expertise, plus I don't have the time to do it myself, so I started googling and asking for a good flooring company. One of my co-workers suggested AG Floors, and they did a good job sanding and refinishing some hardwood floors in his house. And I'm very thankful to him for this suggestion. The workers did a great job. Sanded, applied a coat of stain to the floor, sealed, buffed, and polished, so it looks brand-new now. Didn't rush just to finish the work and be done; no, they are truly invested, which I respect. We are really satisfied with the refinishing result. The masters are worth their name. “I sanded and polished my oak living room floors with this company. Dog scratching had left deep gashes on them. They were too obvious and bothered us for quite a while, so we decided we needed a professional's help. We never did this by ourselves, even though some friends suggested trying. However, honestly, it's too much time and effort, and I'm afraid to ruin things. I'm not skilled at working with wood or knowledgeable about what kind of products to use for polishing. “Reliable. Professional. Transparent. Everything was on top. The entire AG Floors team was easy to work with. I had my old carpet removed, new hardwood floors installed, and my Brazilian cherry stairs refinished. Both turned out stylish and neat. They did a pretty good job, especially with the refinishing, because the steps were in very poor condition, as our house is 78 years old.
